How We Built the Automation

To support their workflow, MIDAP (MI Digital Autopilot) engineered a dedicated automation module that runs entirely on its own, following Bharat Marble’s exact logic.

1. Time-Based Message Scheduling

The system executes two automated routines every week:

• A Tuesday scheduler for appreciation
  
• A Friday scheduler for alerts and motivation
  

Both processes run precisely at the set time without requiring user action.

2. Intelligent Performance Evaluation

The automation reviews user scores directly from their database:

• For Tuesday, it evaluates the previous week
  
• For Friday, it evaluates the current week
  

Users are automatically grouped into the correct message category.

3. Smart Message Triggers

Once the evaluation is complete:

• High performers receive positive reinforcement
  
• Low performers receive guidance-oriented messages
  

The tone and purpose of each message aligns with the user’s performance level.

4. Smooth Integration With Existing Systems

The module connects directly to Bharat Marble’s scoring mechanism and messaging channels.
No manual uploading, no filtering, no external tools — everything runs internally and consistently.
