As order volumes increased, the Dispatch team was handling a high number of daily orders received from CRM FMS in a consolidated format, requiring manual effort to sort, analyze, and prioritize items before processing.

The Challenge
Solar Electro managed customer orders through CRM FMS, where a single order often included multiple products with different stock statuses. However, all products within an order were forwarded to the Dispatch team as one consolidated order.
As a result, dispatch executives had to manually verify stock availability for every product before deciding the next course of action. Available products could not move forward independently, while unavailable items delayed the processing of the entire order. Procurement requests also depended on manual coordination, increasing response times and affecting overall efficiency.

Intelligent Order Sorting in Dispatch FMS
The enhanced Dispatch FMS enables users to efficiently sort and process each product by automatically classifying it as Available, Partially Available, Not Available, or Hold. This allows the Dispatch team to quickly prioritize orders based on their current status. This reduced manual analysis, speeding up decision-making, and improving overall productivity within the Dispatch process.
